For anyone who read my journal entry, THIS is what I was talking about. She is the first of what I hope to be many edits.
Made from one of the $5 Hasbro toys. Removed the hair, threw on some primer, molded new mane and tail from some weird-ass clay a friend provided me with, and all the paint is latex-based Behr paint.
My Derpy Hooves, you brighten my day, and for that, I am forever grateful.
(My camera is horrible, so I'll see if I can't find a better one and perhaps re-up this picture some day)
One last note... I have a blank unicorn and blank earth pony sitting off to the side, waiting for similar edits. I have an idea of what I want to do with them, but I want to know what suggestions anypony may have. Leave 'em in the comments. :3

You could make the earth pony Bon Bon and the Unicorn Lyra. Just some ideas ^-^ I'm planning on making a Derpy using Lily Blossom. I won't remove the hair though. Do you have any tips for me?
